How are you all doing this fine Thursday? I had a relatively slow morning and happy about that :)

I present this powerful yet empathetic quote from yesterday's presidential inauguration poem by the youth poet laureate. This strikes to me as being hopefully, but also doing our part to create a world where hope can and will exist.
Workouts: It was a pure strength workout with D and was great.
