Where I live, the gyms have closed at the minute so I have came back to Fitness Blender to work out... I have noticed that I am working out much more consistently, I am making time for it more in the morning before work, I think it’s a lot easier because I don’t need to leave the house to do it and don’t have to work around the gym opening times.
I’m sharing this because for so long I’ve been doubting how much at home working out can help... I feel more in control of my health than ever with FB. So if anyone is doubting progress, stick with it. I feel so much better for it :)
