How is it going for you?
As you can see, I keep following plan and it is going well. I feel the slower pace allows me to focus on form. Every time I start a single push-up I am able to just check in with myself to see if I am starting correctly. Hence, I have the feeling, my overall form is improving:
when doing the negative push-ups I felt if I was getting lower in a more controlled way, when doing the full push-ups I felt my ROM was better as well - almost good form.
So far so good. Let's see what the next week will bring.
For all those stumbling upon the group for the first time: In this group we try to improve our push-ups. We set our own goals, based on where we are at and train for them. This group simply helps with exchanging information, accountability and cheering eachother on. You can join and start training at any time.
