Blue, my Great Dane, joined me today for Day 1 of FB Complete (we watched the Inauguration Day festivities here in the US while doing it). He particularly enjoyed the thrusts section because he could tower over me and lick my face to keep me motivated! He also threw in a few downward dogs and some woofs to keep me going during the curtsy lunges...very inspiring! Now he's exhausted and ready for our cool down. 🙂
