I HATE tracking my calories. I haven't done it in a long time as I don't think it is a sustainable way for me to handle my health and fitness because of my disdain for it.
But today I was curious so I tracked what I typically eat in a day... Let's just say that the coffee I thought was healthier than my normal still wasn't very good for me and my daily smoothie for lunch has more calories than I thought!
I eat as clean as possible so all the smoothie ingredients were healthy, but they are also calorie dense!
So I'm going to try to switch to black coffee if I can and see where else I can cut back while still fueling my body properly.
