I just finished the 5x5x5 strength workout for butt and thighs and I have to say my muscles burned like crazy!
This week I'll be doing this format since there are 4 free videos available (2 lower body, 1 core, 1 upper body).
Maybe Kelli and Daniel could consider doing some more videos of this format!
What do you think? Do you enjoy doing such older workouts?
