Day 1 of my new schedule! so nice to workout without watching the clock!
i did the advanced option - so nice to workout for longer and be challenged and sweaty - i even had time for an ab workout!
but really looking through the program - how do you guys decide each day?! so many good choices! ❤️even the "beginner/intermediate" videos can be advanced with my ankle weights and resistance bands! 💪🏻
the downside is now i have to work until 6 but at least i only live 3.5miles away! hope your all safe and healthy!
