Finding What Works (for you)

It’s so important to remember that if your goals are improved long-term health and feeling better / more capable physically, then you need to commit to finding what works best for you, and is something that you can maintain.

No quick fixes. No gimmicks. No one-size-fits-all approaches. Do your research, find reliable resources, try different approaches, listen to your body, and find what works best for you (which may change over time).

The bottom line is that getting fit takes time and hard work, and staying fit takes continued hard work and consistency.

However, this should not discourage you at all. It is absolutely amazing that we can do things to improve our health and physical abilities. We should be so appreciative of this opportunity!
