I've never used a FB Meal Plan before. I have a chronic inflammatory condition. I am wondering which meal plan would be best for someone trying to drastically cut down on or eliminate dairy, processed/packaged foods and red meat? I've been doing a bit of research and know that fruit, vegetables, olive oil, fish, beans, nuts and grains and dark chocolate are encouraged for someone with endometriosis. Do any of the FB Meals have this kind of diet? Thanks!
