Do any of you have difficulty with numbness in your lower belly to where you can't tell if your abs are engaged or not? It's been over 3 years since my last c-sectuon, so I'm assuming this is permanent. A little discouraging, since I'm trying to build core strength but am unable to tell if I'm keeping my abs engaged or not!
