I'm just over halfway through FB Flex and FB Booty Round 2 combined - I'm loving this combination so far, I'm feeling stronger and its been a great way to keep moving in the evenings now that I'm teaching remotely every day.
One thing that I did wonder about was if my core would get enough attention, but I know the core is worked during virtually all strength training anyway, so I figured that it would be fine :)
Now however, after completing a 5/5 butt and thigh workout yesterday, I've woken up with incredibly sore abs! I almost never get soreness in my core after a workout anyway, so its weird that I have it now when that workout wasn't core specific.
Still, I can definitely be sure my core is still being worked enough! 😂💙
