Burn round 2 and finding the time.

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all happy and healthy.

Burn round 2 is just as good as always, but I’m going to be honest that finding the time to do it is becoming difficult. The scheduling is hard right now, but I don’t want to give up so I’m being stubborn. Currently I’m home schooling the kids during the day, and I’m now back at work in the evenings so it’s an absolute pain. I think it’s so important to stay fit and healthy, particularly during these difficult times so I just have to make time for myself. I’m not going to kick myself If i can’t fit in the EC or if I have to change the workout days and rest days around. I don’t want to stress myself out so I’m working on just letting go and doing things when I can. I’m not the most patient of people, but I suppose the way things are is kinda forcing me to work on that. Just thought I’d take a moment of honesty on here, so anyone else who’s feeling down or fed up with stressful situations can read that they’re not alone. Just do what you can when you can. And also be kind to yourself.
