So today I finished the main assignment and I am so happy that this huge stress ball is getting smaller, and I chose to celebrate with one of my favourite cardio workouts as a weekend starter (I did the cooldown suggested in the description) :)

this was not exactly low impact, though I modified almost every jump squat there was for a calf raise alternative. I got a good sweat and burn in 30 minutes and I needed just that! I think I will return to 30 min workouts for some time and just enjoy all the workouts :)
