Sitting all day!

Hi!

First: I hope you’re all fine and healthy.

I live in the Netherlands and just like many countries we are in a lockdown. I’m working from home since march. Because of my work I sit a lot. I think 8-9 hours per day.

During lunchtime I try to walk for 20-30 minutes and I try to stand every hour and move a little bit. But I still feel bad and guilty and at the end of the day I feel restless. Does anyone recognize this?

What do you do to feel good during your workday?
