FB day 1 - eek!

Hey All,

I just found FB and this is day1 for me after having had a 10mth hiatus from regular exercise, so posting for some support and accountability!

Although knowing that I shouldn't, I stopped regular exercise back in March when Covid hit and stress went sky high, and have struggled to get back into it.

Today I did a 20min cardio and 5min stretch and it felt good. Have scheduled myself for daily 5min stretch during the work week, plus 3x 20-30min sessions over the next week.

Love to know how others stayed motivated when trying to get back to regular exercise?
