This week I’ve been feeling not like myself - a bit sluggish and my gut has been having a hard time since taking 2 courses of antibiotics 2 years ago. I was thinking maybe I should take it easy on my digestive system and look into eating more wholesome, healthy and cleansing foods that can help rejuvenate my body (and mind). I am open to all tips/recipes for detoxing that you may have. Thank you!
(P.s I am plant-based and cannot eat vegetable gums like guar or Xanthan - due to damaged gut)
