I'm in the process of trying to lose fat and I am worried it won't work. I just got done with my 7 month swimming season a few weeks ago and am worried without that 2 hours a day 5 days a week of exercise (which burned about 1000-1500 cal. a day) I will not only not lose weight but gain a lot. I have changed my diet drastically and started working out a good amount about 2 weeks ago but am not seeing any results. Does anyone know how to help me with this?
Btw I am not going to just start swimming again, I am sick of it and refuse to go back to the pool to help lower my weight.
