Good start to 2021

I've got 2 videos left to do to complete my first created 2-week Routine. What fun it's been!

I've enjoyed being able to create my own challenge and will likely create more in the future (ex: using only videos where both Daniel and Kelli work out together; or videos where Kelli is wearing something blue, and call it the "blue" challenge, etc). And always 2 weeks of course.

Adding Adriene's 30 day Breath calendar was good for me too. I'm on track with each video and like the fact that's they average 20-30 minutes. Showing up for yoga each morning motivates me to show up for strength training in the afternoon. And what I learn from yoga I can incorporate into FB workouts.

Plus I'm walking 35-45 minutes almost every day (hey, I'm retired. I can do this! 😉)

My 2021 calendar is looking pretty awesome!
