I have a suggestion for a different type of workout. I would love to see upper body strength training combined with movement in the same interval, instead of the workouts you have where you strength train in one interval then do cardio in another interval. I know you guys are always looking at ways to keep upper body strength training interesting, and I appreciate that. An example would be overhead shoulder presses while moving laterally or doing side lunges, or bicep curls while marching or kicking your leg out into a heel tap, stuff like that. I love cardio and how movement feels, but we all know how effective and important strength training is. I think this would be a good idea to keep things fresh. Thanks for always listening to us and for being the best fitness folks around. I've been with you guys since 2012 and have no plans to go anywhere!
