Cheat days & workout performance

I know "cheat days" are needed to have a well balanced and sustainable relationship with working out and eat healthy, but damn did yesterday mess with my performance today!

My cheat day wasn't too crazy, we got take out from our favorite taco & Marg place. I got guac instead of queso and 1 less taco than I normally would.

Still. I was feeling tired and sluggish and extra famished during today's fat burning cardio workout.

I'll have to keep that in mind next time I'm feeling tacos and a Marg! 😂😥😜
