My Mini Goal Progress

I made a small goal to do a pistol squat this year (been trying a few weeks doing weighted assisted 2x per week 3 sets of 10) and I’ve manage to progress my pistol squat to go to the ground !

Getting back up is another story haha but it gives me hope that I’ll get there .

For now I’ll just be dropping into the squat throughout my apartment because I can ... how fun!
