I am really struggling to find good alternatives for any lifting needed when wrists are necessary for the movement (like pushups). I have worked thru this injury for 6 months before seeing a dr. and now in my PT, my therapist says that I can't really bear weight so it can heal. I am struggling to do most FB videos and plans because of this. I'm not even supposed to lift the weights I usually have for things like deadlifts, so it is impacting both upper body and lower body workouts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am super saddened that all my recent progress has been seriously reversed. :(
