Careful Workout Choices

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have suggestions of FB programs that would help me stay the course but avoid shoulder work? I seem to have aggravated one of my shoulders and it has been sore for several weeks. I would like to be able to do upper body work but eliminate exercises that stress the shoulder. Any suggestions on exercises to avoid? I think push ups and pullovers may bother me if that helps. Any others? Or, do you think I should find a lower body program for now?
