Exercises like lunges and squats take a big toll on my knees. I'm in good shape otherwise but my knees can't take much of these with pain increasing for days after. I'm seeing a physiotherapist and doing special exercises for the knees.
Meanwhile I don't want to loose out on HIIT/cardio-training but am having a hard time finding such workouts here on FB where the knees don't have to work much. I've found workouts that are kind to my knees, but they are more on toning and strength.
Could anyone please recommend a HIIT/cardio video without lunges and squats, or otherwise kind to the knees?
