20-25 minute workouts are satisfying.

There's nothing more satisfying than going at 100% intensity and being completely wiped out in 20 to 25 minutes.

I'm a big fan of circuit style workouts for this reason. If I want to focus on hypertrophy, I just focus the circuit wholly on a single muscle group, or maybe two so I can compound and be a little safer.

Anyone else here ever do circuit workouts? Typically you have to build them yourself, not a lot of follow alongs for that style of training out there.
