Ohhhh my fitness blender friends!! WOE IS ME!
My husband and I have discovered the glorious side of our local fruit market which is filled dried fruit and nuts.
I have bought all my favorites like hazelnuts and cashews, dates and dried apricots, which I find myself snacking on throughout the day.
As we know, dried fruit and nuts are super caloric - and is not helping me drop a few (ahem 6-8) pounds that I put on over the holidays.
That being said, I can safely say they are probably my favorite snacks!!
