Tips for improving grip strength?

Hey everyone!

This is a question I've had for a while but never posted here, mostly because I've never remembered it while browsing the Community 😂

When doing deadlifts with a high weight (high for me - 21kg total atm), I struggle with gripping onto the weight, and my forearms end up really hurting, and I spend the last few reps worrying that I'm going to drop the weight on my toes!

This means I can't work on increasing my weight for deadlifts, which is something I'd really like to do. Any advice would be very much appreciated!
