Looking for a challenging and sweaty workout?

I scheduled this workout today Instead of the total body strength that was originally planned and my goodness it challenged me in all new ways! The HIIT structure was new as well as the combo of exercises. My heart was beating so fast. I also loved the seamless transition from the cardio burnout to the cool down. Would love more videos like this one 😍🥵

I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a challenge (p.s kettlebell can be easily substituted for dumbbell)
