Peanut Butter Shoulder Strength Training Workout

Good day Everyone.

Yes the title of this post, right? What gives?

Today I am going to tell you about a delicious and nutritious workout you can do in your kitchen. Below is what you will need to complete this workout.

Organic non-emulsified peanut butter (where the oil separates)

Paper towels

Large fork (taller is better)

Knife to cut open seal - optional

Calorie burn: 15-30

Duration: 10-15 minutes

So, as many of us are not into emulsified peanut butter (natural), you understand that the oil separates from the nut paste. Before you can use it you have to mix it. Hence today's workout.

*Tip: put your jar of peanut butter out upside down on the counter for at least three days to aid in this exercise. If you are at the expert level, grab it straight out of the cupboard.

Open your jar of peanut butter. Here is where you may need the optional knife. Be careful not to spill the oil inside. Grab your paper towel and fold it to provide cushion for your stirring hand. Grab your fork with the paper towel hand and slowly/carefully begin to mix the peanut butter from the bottom of the jar to the top.

Don't forget to switch hands to get a good balance of workout on either shoulder. As you get the mixture to a better consistency, you can stir faster and more aggressively for the cardio portion of this workout. Remember to keeps those lungs open breathing normally. It also helps to keep your core tight as you work through this routine.

* Make sure to check the bottom of the jar for any hiding that didn't mix.

Refrigerate immediately after use so it won't separate again. There is no warm up or cool down/stretch with this workout so you will have to get that on your own.

Drink plenty of clean water with your protein packed meal, if having one. Enjoy your workout complete!

Namaste,

Allen
