New Year Motivation

Happy Friday FB family! Hope you all had a great week. Still hard to believe we're in January and holidays are over for us anyway πŸ˜† This week we got back in the office and had a busy start with business so decided to take it easy with workouts.

We didn't rush into a program so instead we decided to freestyle and choose individual workout videos. We managed to do 2 workout days this week with stretches and active days but still feeling accomplished! 😊πŸ’ͺ🏾

Its currently summer here so its been very hot! We are talking up toΒ  42Β°C!! πŸ₯΅πŸ₯΅. Took these WORKOUT COMPLETE photos, we felt so accomplished working out in this heat!

Our focus this year is flexibility, toning and maintaining where we are. This feels perfect for our bodies right now. Wondering if anyone has ever felt or reached the point where they have gained enough muscle?? I.e don't wanna get any bigger particularly in the legs. We love our bodies and our progress so we wouldn't change a thing.
