New Bored Easily Video!!!

So I just finished the new Bored Easily Video and I LOVED it!! I'm actually in week 2 of the bored easily program but I'm off track a bit and had an unscheduled rest day yesterday so I wanted to do something more than today's scheduled recovery workout. A perfect opportunity to try the new video.

It was just enough work to get sweaty, a perfect length, and I loved the combo of pilates first, hiit next and then strength last.

Yay!!! Here is hoping they are working on a new 4/8 week bored easily program for us!!
