2week FB20 Challenge Day 3 complete!

so today i did the 4/5 workout -Daniel's total body hiit and core because yesterday i just got my 2.5lb ankle weights so i wanted to try them out in the core exercises-

i obviously didnt pay enough attention because i thought it was the hiit followed by core but no it was alternating rounds ha! so i did have to pause it for a few seconds to get the weights on and the core rounds werent that long but i could definitely feel a difference! woo! it was a good video to try them out on!

and daniel - "just a few more exercises to finish this torture" - yea 3 rounds of jumping jacks in the morning was plenty of torture! 😂 - i have no idea why thats my most hated exercise but it always has been! -maybe i was tortured with it in a former life!
