Working out in the heat! 🥵

Today’s workout was tough!! Got home round 3pm after work and knew I had to get stuck in or else I wouldn’t reach the workout complete screen. But my goodness! It is almost 30 degrees Celsius in my workout room atm and it made everything feel SOOO much harder. I could barely grip my dumbbells I was so sweaty 💦. I feel a little annoyed I didn’t feel I could lift my usual weight today but I keep reminding myself “at least I got it done!” Coz that’s the most important thing - showing up and taking time out to take care of yourself. Anyways I still have tomorrow’s workout to push myself 😁.

Anyone else find that the environment you workout in really impacts on your actual workout?
