Todayâs workout was tough!! Got home round 3pm after work and knew I had to get stuck in or else I wouldnât reach the workout complete screen. But my goodness! It is almost 30 degrees Celsius in my workout room atm and it made everything feel SOOO much harder. I could barely grip my dumbbells I was so sweaty đŠ. I feel a little annoyed I didnât feel I could lift my usual weight today but I keep reminding myself âat least I got it done!â Coz thatâs the most important thing - showing up and taking time out to take care of yourself. Anyways I still have tomorrowâs workout to push myself đ.
Anyone else find that the environment you workout in really impacts on your actual workout?
