Nutrition trouble

I want to start eating intuitively and cooking, but I have no idea where to start lol. I find myself digging though pages and pages of recipes and I can’t decide what I actually want to eat day to day. I’ve come to realize I don’t really know what I like to eat sometimes. I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed from it all. I want to cook as much as possible and learn because I’m a beginner, but I don’t know how to make this a less stressful process. Meal planning seems stressful to me and I don’t want to eat the same thing several days in a row. I would love to know how you guys navigate your nutrition day to day. Thanks :)
