2 week Short&Sweet Day 1 - complete!

day 1 of this challenge complete! i chose the 3/5 lower body video over daniels 4/5 hiit video in Hawaii or wherever he is as ive done it before and find it distracting - sorry daniel!

i added weights where i normally would(squats etc) and made it more of a 3.5/4.. i did look at it last night(although i didnt spend 67 minutes figuring out what part of the video to do haha!) and knew i had time to do abs so i had added one of daniels 9 minute ab videos.

workout complete! 💪🏻

also im supposed to be getting Dicks order tomoro! i wished i had those 2.5lb weights for the pilates section of that video today!
