Hair care when you work out 5 days a week

Hello everyone and a happy new year, it's Bianca here.

Here is my issue. My country is still in lockdown and will be so for the whole of January at least. This means the hairdressers are shut. Why is that a problem?

Well, I normally wear my hair shoulder long and layered to lighten my naturally thick and strong hair. This is also very practical for workouts.

So since I haven't been to get a haircut for probably 7 months now my hair is now long, heavy, thick.

So I'm curious to know what your daily hair care routine looks like especially considering working out 5 days a week? My roots / forehead always get sweaty so I do feel the need to wash them every day.

What are your tips for a quick hair care routine after / during a workout or what shampoos / products do you use if you wash your hair daily or to make sure you don't have to?

I always wonder how Kelli does it as well 😅
