Using "Calendar Notes" as a diary :)

Does anyone else do this? After I have workouts complete, I go back and write myself notes like the interval times (50 seconds on, 10 seconds off), if I modified, how I felt about the workouts, etc. I have gone back to previous days or week's workouts to see how I felt about the videos. I know I can hit "favorite" but this gives me more information. I like the feature of calendar notes, and the fact that I can!
