Day 2 of burn round 2.

Hello 👋🏻

Just completed day 2 of burn r2. Which I waited until the kids were in bed to do.

Today was upper body and abs focused. The main video was the option of body weight or weighted upper body movements which I loved. I used weights for the triceps, because I absolutely hate tricep dips. Not gonna lie I completely suck at the pike pushups, but I tried my best. Maybe this is something I can work on.

I’m really happy with my food choices for today. Particularly dinner. I had some beetroot noodles with edamame beans, cauliflower and carrots. Unfortunately I forgot to take a pic after I added the ginger and chilli dressing I put on top of it, so it looks like a bit of a dry meal. But it was freaking gorgeous.
