Just looking for words of wisdom and support (and even a "snap out of it").

I know I'm being silly. I'm coming off of our Christmas break. I worked out 5 data this week. And I tried to eat mindfully. That said, it's the holidays season. So I shouldn't be hard on myself that I indulged. I'm 41 years old. Each day this week I've weighed myself (so dumb). And my weight is up despite my working out. This is fine right? I just need to get back on track with my eating and I'll feel better about this. I mean I'm not getting any younger. I don't digest the way I used to.
