Any Ring Fit Adventure players?

My kid got Ring Fit Adventure for Xmas and it’s fun! I’m wondering if anyone else plays and how they incorporate it into their FB routines. For those unfamiliar, it’s a fitness game where you do a lot of running in place interspersed with “battles” where you do specific exercise moves to defeat the monsters. 😁

I’ve been focusing on doing moves that map to my workout that day—so body weight squats and chair pose on lower body days, and front press and overhead press on upper body days, for example. I do work up a sweat but I don’t think I’m overtraining, right? Seem reasonable to just treat as an “extra credit” workout?
