First workout of 2021 complete!

I started the new year strong with Day 1 of FB Flex! It was this workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-strength-workout-guaranteed-muscle-burnout

which is probably my all time favourite upper body workout! (Maybe a tie with the first Bored Easily one 😂) I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow as I always am with that one, but I had a lot of fun with it and I'm so glad I got to start with one I know well and love! Looking forward to trying some new workouts too though!

I've just eaten a huge dinner, and now I'm looking forward to relaxing before starting Booty R2 tomorrow! Excited to see how this combination goes! 😀
