NYE!

Happy New Years Eve!

I’m ending the year with some gentle choices. Today I had an upper arm workout on the calendar, but my back, neck, and shoulders are hurting. I chose to do a stretching video instead, and took Remus for a nice long walk.

I also made an FB recipe today: the Mediterranean fish soup! I modified a bit, and I absolutely love it! I don’t cook too much, but I’m wanting to start incorporating (at my own, gracious pace!) some FB recipes into my weeks. It is exciting to end the year with an easy, yummy, healthy recipe!

Lastly, my husband and I deep cleaned some today. It feels good (physically and mentally!) to have a cleaner/more organized space.

Tomorrow I’m ringing in the new year with the last HIIT video of the short and sweet challenge and going to the beach with my husband!

Do y’all have any fun NYE or New Years Day plans? Or any favorit recipe recommendations from FB that are super easy? (I made the soup in the pressure cooker! So VERY easy!)
