Kicking 2020's butt outta here...!

I'm enjoying everyone's end-of-year check-ins so I thought I'd add mine. For me, 2020 will go down as they year I became a exercise devotee - it only took 48 years for me to really start enjoying working out rather than dread it (better late than never)! I've tried to stick with exercising over the years many, many times but never found anything that I really enjoyed enough to keep it up, so it became a chore that I would do only sporadically. No more - I love how strong and fit I feel now.

It was also the year I gave up red meat and started eating a lot more fish, and I managed to cut my cholesterol 50 points. I'm pretty proud of the changes and progress I've made this year and have nothing but thanks to FB for making fitness accessible and, more importantly, fun!

I finished out the year today with kickboxing (seemed an apt way to say adios to 2020) and brutal butt & thigh workout (FB Strong Day 12). Here's to a better 2021 for everyone! 🎉🥂
