2020 and my first 1000 cal workout!

Hi everyone!

As you know I tackled my first 1000 cal workout as a part of Fit 1. I found it challenging both physically and mentally. The 40 minute HIIT was really intense and left me nice and tired, and core and strength sections destroyed me completely. Especially my upper back and shoulders feel exhausted. Feels great to beat that challenge though, its quite a confidence boost to get that done! 😂

Also here is my 2020 with FB, starting in August. Im glad I got back on track with regular workouts in December, I aim to keep it that way and Im glad I took on FB Fit 1 which felt intimidating at first but I jumped right to it! 😁 I have half of it left and Im looking forward to another 1000 cal workout! 💪
