January goals- what are yours?

With the new year in sight/just started, I wanted to start making goals again. I plan on making monthly goals, perhaps weekly goals again in which you can join.. It will be nice to cheer eachother on and to offer support.

I will start my own routine on the 4th, with extra exercises from the perfect posture app to improve my posture. I will also start the mealplan on that day, since the weight and cm are starting to creep up again. I am following the 1600 plan during the day and having a regular meal in the evening.

Goals:

*stick to the mealplan

*no alcohol, since there is no room for it in the plan

*average of 6000 steps per day, per week

Weightgoal: lose 3 to 4 kg
