#2020 complete

I did not do a workout yesterday since there were 4 men walking through my house all day installing solar panels.. I did yesterdays workout this morning: FB 20 day 3, core. I added a 10 minute warming up and a 14 minute stretch routine. My son and I just came back from a 50 minute pre-lunch walk through the park.

I want to start making monthly/weekly goals again to break down my bigger goal of getting my nutrition on track. I have been slowly gaining weight (and centimeters) again..
