2020 is coming to a close, but that means we have time for one last site update before the new year… or maybe make that four new site updates!
For FB Plus:
- New ability to schedule and mark "Rest Days" Complete on the workout calendar
- New “Find Similar” tool - a quick search tool to find workouts that are similar to your favorites (you'll now see the button for this on any workout video - see comments for screenshot)
- New search criteria for our Recipes; you can now search recipes by prep time, cook time, and number of servings. This is in addition to the new search criteria of meal type (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan).
- A special surprise on your first 2021 workout, custom workout, program, and challenge complete 🎉 (you'll have to do one of the above to see this one for yourself!)
If you’ve been working out with us for awhile, you know how important it is to listen to your body, especially when it’s time to rest and recharge. As of today, FB Plus Members have the option to mark days on your calendar as a rest day by selecting “Mark as Rest Day” on any day on your calendar that doesn’t have workouts already scheduled. So if you love your workout calendar check marks, you can now responsibly have one on every day of the calendar!
When you think back on 2020, how many times did you have a workout scheduled that you weren’t feeling, or maybe didn’t have enough time to complete? On the flip side, maybe you felt great and wanted to workout a little longer or a little harder. FB Plus now has a new feature that will help you find a great replacement. Look for the equal sign icon on any workout card (from the search page) or individual workout video page, to “Find Similar” workouts. You can even look for similar workouts that are shorter or longer to fit your schedule or energy level.

Don’t forget! The new 4 Week Workout Program launches this Sunday, January 3rd - we will also be publishing a free HIIT/strength workout that day. If you have an active FB Plus account, this new program is included with your membership. This is two programs in one; it has a track for both beginner/intermediate exercisers, as well as advanced. Each day, you’ll be able to choose the workout intensity and training type that best works for you. I am planning on tackling this one with you all and I can’t wait!
