Adding any workouts to the Abs program?

I have currently started Abs 1 and have finished 2 days worth. While I know this program concentrates on Abs, it looks like it also does some total body strength which I do want strength workouts. I was wondering if anyone added any strength programs or strength videos to compliment the Abs 1 program? Or any other suggestions. I just finished Blend and absolutely loved the variety and felt I was getting a great all over workout with HIIT and strength so I'm wondering what I should do to make this a well rounded program as well. I tried looking ahead at the description but that's hard to do to know exactly. Thanks for any comments!
