Back to FB after a setback

I joined FB in 2016 and have been working out since then.. I've done FB30, FB sweat... But was out of action since a year.. Almost no physical activity since past 4 months... Today I finally began with FB30 round 3 and I realise how badly I have lost my stamina and muscle tone 😭😭😭😭 I'm sure I'm gonna be super sore for tomorrow.

Guys I need your support and encouragement to stick on to the routine.
