How long to get flexibility gains?

Hey yall! Just wondering what habits you all have flexibility-wise. Since one of my goals is to get my splits (front and middle), I've been doing about 20 min of stretching after my workouts, so about 5 times a week. I've seen some gains, but not a significant amount over the course of a month... definitely not at my splits yet lol. Does anyone have the same experience or any tips for me? thanks!
